His Father Played College Football

Trevor, a Big Walnut High School quarterback, competed for Bowling Green as a redshirt freshman linebacker in 1992 at Ohio Stadium. That day, the Falcons played admirably against an OSU squad led by current ESPN commentator Kirk Herbstreit before falling 17-6.

The Buckeyes had not played an in-state opponent in 58 years. Trevor, who would switch to tight end and win All-Mid-American Conference titles at BG, remarked it was long ago, but it was terrific for him.

Trevor, however, decided not to pursue his career as a football player and went on with a farm and butcher shop.
