Derrick Lewis Weight Loss
Derrick Lewis weight loss of 95 pounds has caught MMA fans by surprise as he gears up for his highly awaited bout against Serghei Spivak.
According to a tweet from Huba Monyyak, Derrick weighs 170 pounds after following a changed diet and strenuous exercise. His diet consists of rice, grains, chicken breasts, and smoothies. He avoids juice and soda, drinking only water.
The latest picture shared by Lewis' fitness trainer Chris Hernandez on his Instagram story has gained virality across social media handles and especially on Twitter as his fans couldn't wait for February 4 to come earlier.

The images shared by the UFC lightweight fighter Terrance McKinney received 6.6k likes in less than a day and were retweeted by several UFC fans as they were blown away by the veteran's fit shape.
Lewis, nicknamed "Black Beast," has kept a low-key profile since his defeat on July 30, 2022, against Sergei Pavlovich. It was the second defeat in a row for Lewis who was knocked out by Tai Tuivasa at the UFC 271 event.
With less than a month remaining for Lewis to prepare for the fight night against Serghei Spivak, the fans of the UFC fighter are now excited to see him make his comeback and certainly looking forward to seeing the American fighter finally win a UFC game in over a year.

On November 18, 2022, when Derrick appeared for the official weigh-in for UFC Vegas 65 event, Derrick came at 263 pounds and his opponent Serghei Spivan measured at 254 pounds. The event will be Derrick's ninth main event in UFC and Spivac's first.
But the weight loss doesn't mean a guaranteed win for the veteran fighter. Lewis certainly has to be on top of his game against the Moldovan fighter nicknamed "The Polar Bear," who contrasting Lewis, comes into the fight with two back-to-back victories.
