Elijah Molden Parents Had a Major Influence In His Career, Dad Alex Molden Was A Former NFL Star

Elijah Molden's dad Alex Molden Played in NFL for eight years, from 1996 to 2003, for three different teams.

New Orleans Saints drafted Alex in the 1996 NFL draft, round 1, pick11. He played for 4 years for them till 2000 and went to San Diago Chargers afterward. He got retired from playing in NFL after his last season for Detroit Lions in 2003.

He was a great cornerback of his time and played a crucial role in his team's defenses. Overall, he recorded 296 tackles and 12 interceptions in his NFL career.

The University of Oregon was the college where he started playing professional football and his name is also got inducted into the Oregon Football Hall of Fame.

He is currently 48 years old, a motivational speaker in Portland, and watching himself in his son Elijah Molden.

Alex Molden and his wife, Christin, are the biggest inspiration and support for Elijah and his other children.

Almost every one of their children is interested in football or any other sport. Elijah and his older brother Isaiah are famous.

Elijah plays as a cornerback, and he is excellent at it. But, his outstanding defensive performance is his hard work and his father, who guided him.

Isaiah was also a defensive football player for his college, Western Oregon. He is currently 26 years old. And the younger brother of Micah is also in the field of football, but he is a ball boy. He knows every tiny detail about football and loves seeing it daily. He is the biggest fan of his brother Elijah.

There are lots of similarities between Elijah and Alex, after all, they are father and son.

The fact that both of them have the same height which is 5 feet 10 inches (1.78m). Not only height Their weights are also almost similar where Elijah (191lb / 87 kg) weights 1kg/1lb more than Alex(190 lb/ 86 kg)

Playing in the same position(Linebacker) as his father with a similar body structure, Elijah resembles his retired father while playing.
