Garrett Whitlock Wife Jordan Whitlock Was A Soccer Player

Garrett Whitlock wife Jordan Whitlock is a 25 years old UAB Womens Soccer Alum. 

Jordan played varsity soccer at Woodstock High School, helped the team clinch its first regional championship in school history, and led the squad to a pair of county championships.

Likewise, she also played club soccer with NASA, led them to the 2012 and 2013 state cup finals, and won a division championship in 2015 as part of an undefeated squad.

After graduating high school, the former footballer attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and played for the UAB Blazers as a 6 feet and 2 inches tall defender, wearing jersey number 25. She held a full academic/athletic scholarship while competing for the Blazers at the Varsity level from 2015 to 2019. 

Jordan Barham Is An Aspiring Genomicist

Jordan Barham is an aspiring genomicist pursuing her Ph.D. in Genomics at the Lasseigne Lab. 

She has been studying Ph.D. under UAB's Genetic, Genomic and Bioinformatics Program since 2019. The former athlete earned her B.S. in Genetics and Genomic Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018.

Garrett's partner was a UAB Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics student researcher from August 2016 to 2017. She also worked as a teaching assistant at Harvard Biomedical Informatics Institute in June 2018.

The Program Coordinator II also served as a Program Coordinator II for UAB Hugh Kaul Precision Medicine Institute and a Research Operations for the Undiagnosed Diseases Network (UDN), per her LinkedIn profile.

Garrett Whitlock and Jordan Whitlock have been married for three years after tying the knot in November 2019.

They started dating on November 5, 2015 and married four years later on November 23, 2022. The two athletes met during their freshman year in college.

Garrett And Jordan Met At The University of Alabama at Birmingham

Garrett met Jordan in the laundry room of Blazer Hall at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The baseball player was doing his laundry with his teammate Zack Davis when the former player came to get her stuff she had to pick up three days ago. Being forgetful, she missed the alarm that reminded her to get her soccer gear and other clothes.

Whitlock's friend Zack was friends with his future partner, which helped them start a conversation. Thus, the couple has been together since the first semester of college. They began dating in 2015, and the 5th of November 2022 marked their seven blissful years of togetherness. 

Garrett And Jordan Got Married In 2019

Garrett and Jordan have been married since the 23rd of November 2019.

Whitlock proposed to his girl on the 5th of July 2018 with a beautiful ring in Tampa, Florida. They celebrated their engagement with a beautiful view holding hands and making memories for a lifetime.

Later in 2019, the power couple tied the knot and exchanged wedding vows at Blue Mountain Vineyards. Claudia Goodwin Films filmed their big day and posted a glimpse of their wedding ceremony on her Facebook.

They celebrated their 3rd anniversary on the 23rd of November, 2022. Jordan also shared that they were long-distancing through an Instagram post on the 17th of March 2020. Later in June, she updated that the pair had spent four months quarantining while they were six months into the marriage.

The baseball player and the former soccer player are travel buddies and have been to many destinations, including Greece. They also have an adorable dog named Wrigley, who turned six years old on the 16th of September, 2022.
