Glenn Philip Sturgis has served as the Co-Store Manager since 1989. Sturgis & Sons was a hardware store run by his family for 59 years until Cloud 9 arrived in St. Louis and bankrupted them.
Sturgis had aspired to be a doctor since he was a child. He was born in Kansas City and had four siblings, including store associate Elias.
Glenn is the subject of numerous recurring gags, including Glenn’s monkey puppet, car, and tie, all of which are mentioned in the respective episodes. In his leisure time, he works as an Uber driver. Sturgis informs Cheyenne that his ancestors created the first ships that transported Africans to America, unaware of the significance of this.

McKinney appeared in the episode “Prehistoric Zoo/Ready Set Dino!” of the Canadian children’s television show Dino Dan. In the second part of this two-part episode, “Ready Set Dino!” which was released in 2010, he played as track coach of Dino Dan.
He co-wrote and acted in Death Comes to Town, a 2010 Kids in the Hall reunion effort.
