Guha was born on May 21, 1985, in High Wycombe, England. Her parents are originally from West Bengal, India.

Guha was passionate about sports from a very young age. At 13, she was selected for the Development England side. Subsequently, she made her debut in the year 2002.

Thomas is a professional musician, he is a member of the band Brother and Bones. His band is known for albums like Dress the Emperor, Brother & Bones, Live At Princess Pavilion, To Be Alive (EP), and many more.
