The current deal provided three years of $1 increments. By year three, all sports officials are to get a minimum wage of $35 per hour, according to the proposal.

Jason began serving as a head coach of Bosco High School in 2010, and since then, he has only taken the team towards new heights. 

When he returned in 2010, the group had become a considerable team. He guided his group to four straight perfect Trinity League championships. He has won various honors and awards, including the 2013 Max Preps National High School Coach of the Year and the Rawlings Football-presented American Football Monthly Magazine Coach of the Year.

Coach Jason Negro spent seven years as the head coach at Trabuco Hills before beginning his career as a coach at Saint John Bosco. He has been the linebackers and defensive backs coach for the previous two years. He guided the Mustangs to 2 Sea View League titles and five straight postseason berths.

He started his coaching career at his alma mater Saint John Bosco before moving on to Trabuco Hills. He spent three years there as a coach, concentrating on linebackers and defensive backs. He was even chosen to lead the South All-Stars in the North/South All-Star game in Orange County.
