Olise was born Michael Akpovie Olise on December 12, 2001, in England. His mother is of French-Algerian descent, while his father is Nigerian-born. 

His mother’s identity is not publicized, but Michael has characterized her as a lovely, kind, and caring lady. His family is affluent and passionate about football. Despite not being among Hammersmith’s wealthiest people, his parents were able to draw the best out of him.

Michael’s parents were aware of his reclusive nature from when he was a young lad. Nevertheless, they continued to help him along the way. He grew up and played football together with his sibling brother Richard Olise. Both of them represented Chelsea when they were younger. The Chelsea youth academy is considered one of the best academies in the world at the moment as it has produced some class players in recent times.  

When his father registered him in Hayes Youth Team when he was six years old, he started playing football. Senior Professional Career At Reading

A year later, after Man City, Michael Olise, 20, enrolled at Reading Football Club’s academy on a scholarship in 2016 when he was around 15 years old. At only 18 years old, he was promoted to the senior team in 2019 due to his outstanding performance with the team.

Speaking of his style of play, The AMF Olise has a sharp left foot and has the ability to dictate his play on either flank of the number 10 position as an attacking midfielder or as a winger. Before making a significant transfer to the Premier League to join Crystal Palace, Michael Olise played for Reading’s senior squad in the EFL Championship for two years.
