Phil Kessel Wife Sandra Pereira Pregnant: Inside His Family With Kids

From his marriage to Sandra Pereira, Phil Kessel, an Ice hockey player, has a daughter Kapri Mary Kessel. His wife is not pregnant now, as they focus on their firstborn’s care.

The couple gave birth to their daughter on March 9, 2022. One day before the birth of their child, Phill posted a beautiful photo of his girlfriend showing off her growing baby bulge with the message, “Almost time.”  At the time, Phil was a member of the Detroit Coyotes; he later left the group and returned to Arizona to give birth to his first kid.

After a shot on goal at Little Caesar’s Arena, his teammates greeted him with fist bumps as he stepped off the ice. He played for a while despite not wanting to disappoint his team during his 16th NHL season. He departed after that to catch the charter plane that Coyotes owner Alex Meruelo had planned.  The jet carried him back to Phoenix, where his daughter Kapri Mary Kessel was born. On October 9, 2022, the infant girl was eight months old.

Jakob Chychrun, a defenseman for the Coyotes, expressed his happiness that his teammates encouraged Kessel to continue his streak and return for his daughter’s birth. Phil and Sandra made their first-child announcement to the public on November 4, 2021. Kapri, the couple’s daughter, was a blessing in their lives.

They both like to fish, and they both like dressing up for Halloween. In 2015, it was discovered that Phil and his girlfriend Sandra were posing as tennis players. Nearly seven years have passed since they started dating. They share a profound affection and understanding that is growing stronger every day.

Successful sports careers run in the Kessel family. College football quarterback Phil Sr. played for Northern Michigan University. After being selected in the 6th round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft, Blake, Phil’s younger brother, used to play for the New York Islanders.

With the National Women’s Hockey League at present, Phil’s sister Amanda is also a well-known hockey player. The Minnesota Golden Gophers women’s ice hockey team had Amanda on the roster for four seasons. The 31-year-old served as captain of the Pink Whitney Cup-winning team.

Before being appointed to the U.S., Kessel was a member of the American Under-22 Team and Under-18 Team, in addition to the Women’s National Team. Kessel, who represented the United States Under-18 team in 2009, was recognized as the most valuable forward at the World Under-18 tournament. She led Team USA to a gold medal with six goals and 13 assists for 19 points. She participated in five games with Team USA in 2008 Under 18 World Championships, scoring 11 points overall to place third among all players. Kessel was selected for the US team that competed in the Four Nations Cup in 2010. She was injured so she couldn’t play.

His relative David Moss most recently participated in Switzerland’s NLA with the EHC Biel. In the final round of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, the Flames selected him with the 220th overall pick. Moss previously connected to the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL because on September 29, 2015, and he signed a professional tryout deal with them.
