The Nicholsons are series regulars and have made their appearance in various tv shows. They are a series regular on The Yorkshire Vet and Springtime on the Farm. Likewise, they also appeared on the flagship Channel 5 program, The Great Yorkshire Show.

The Nicholsons are married and have their own families; Rob married Julie and has two children, and Dave married Anita and has a daughter.

David and his better half have been married for 28 years; they took the wedding vows in 1994 and marked their anniversary on the 22nd of April. Furthermore, their daughter Poppy works as a hair and makeup artist in television and film, and the makeup artist is also married to the love of his life.

However, unlike the couple, Rob and his wife haven't shared the details of their wedding and are also inactive on social networking sites. Yet their son Tom works in London, and their daughter Katie works at the Farm in the HR department.
