Is Robert Allen Still In Jail?
A potential suspect in the fatal shooting of Rapper XXXTentacion's Robert Allen, a resident of South Florida, won't be leaving prison anytime soon.
Because Allen didn't get out of the car or shoot, the defense claimed that a bond should be established. Judge Michael Usan, however, rejected the application and said that Allen should remain in custody.
