Is Robert Allen Still In Jail? Plea Deal Over Xxxtentacion Murder

Robert Allen will continue to be in jail against his lawyer’s wishes after a Broward County judge decided on Thursday that he should be held without bond.

In the June 18 ambush, robbery, and shooting at RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, four men have been charged with first-degree murder, including Allen, age 22.

Authorities showed security footage of Allen in the purported getaway car as co-defendants Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome exited the vehicle brandishing weapons.

A potential suspect in the fatal shooting of Rapper XXXTentacion’s Robert Allen, a resident of South Florida, won’t be leaving prison anytime soon.

Because Allen didn’t get out of the car or shoot, the defense claimed that a bond should be established. Judge Michael Usan, however, rejected the application and said that Allen should remain in custody.

According to authorities, Boatwright pulled the trigger during the shooting. Boatwright, Newsome, and Dedrick Williams, a fourth suspect, are all being held without bond.

XXXTentacion was robbed and killed, and a grand jury accused 22-year-old Robert Allen and three other people in connection with those crimes. And yesterday night, after Allen had been missing since the crime, authorities finally caught up with him.

Southeast of Macon in rural Dodge County, U.S. Marshals in Georgia followed Allen to the little community of Eastman.

Plea Deal Over Xxxtentacion Murder

In an unusual plea deal, 20-year-old Robert Allen was given a 35-year prison term on Tuesday for killing 15-year-old Noah Reyna.

On November 20, 2017, Reyna was fatally shot amid an altercation between several teenagers in a fast-food restaurant’s parking lot. Police said that Reyna was shot while attempting to break up a quarrel.

Following a vigil for another youngster who had been shot and murdered the day before, the teens assembled at the eatery.

Allen was found guilty of murder by a jury on Monday. As the punishment phase of Allen’s trial was ready to start on Tuesday morning, the defense team and the prosecution informed 226th District Judge Velia Meza that they had agreed.

Meza accepted the plea deal and gave Allen a 35-year prison term. Chris Quintero, the teen’s uncle, yelled at Allen during the victim impact portion of the proceedings.

According to his attorney, one of the four suspects in the killing of local musician XXXTentacion has admitted guilt to a lesser crime in exchange for testifying against the other three co-defendants.

On June 18, 2018, as Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy was exiting a motorcycle store in Pompano Beach, Florida, four men—Allen, Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright, and Trayvon Newsome—were shot and killed.

Before visiting the RIVA Motorsports business at 3671 N. Dixie Highway, 20-year-old Onfroy, better known by his stage name XXXTentacion, withdrew around $50,000 from a bank.

The four are charged with murdering Onfroy for the cash.
