Former assistant coach takes the responsibility of the head coach of the Green Bay Packers team from 2000 to 2005. In these five years, he led his teams to win five consecutive seasons and compiled a 57-39 regular season record.

Mike’s daughter shared that she has been with Zac throughout his coaching career. The couple met each other for the first time at Texas A&M University when Zac was serving as a graduate assistant coach of his father-in-law. He worked as an assistant to Mark from 2008 to 2013, whereas Sarah worked as a recruiting assistant with her dad and husband.

Zac had gained opportunities to learn coaching techniques with the head coach of A&M university, which is one of the reasons for his present successful coaching career.
His coaching career didn’t stop at A&M University. He joined Miami Dolphins as an assistant quarterback coach and worked for four years. In the meantime, he served as offensive coordinator for five games.
Similarly, the University of Cincinnati Bearcats hired him as an offensive coordinator in 2016. In his one-year working period, the Bearcats team saw him as having the most potential and a star in the coaching ranks.
Zac had an experience as an assistant coach and offensive coordinator, but Los Angeles Rams allowed him to prove himself, for he can be a great coach.
