Serra Tumay: Myles Garrett Wife and Kids In The Family

Myles Garrett has not yet tied the knot, but he has been romantically involved with Serra Tumay.

2019 is the year that the defensive end of the Browns made his first appearance on Serra’s Instagram. However, the couple refrained from publicly announcing their relationship until 2020.

Myles’s girlfriend, Serra Tumay, is of Turkish heritage and was born on July 11, 1991.

Her parents, Hikmet Timer Tumay and Berrin Eryesil Tumay are of Turkish descent. Sim and Selen Tumay are Serra’s two sisters. She played in the middle of the field for her college’s soccer team. In addition, she was a member of the Turkish Women’s National Team Soccer team.

Serra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from New York University. After completing her studies at Columbia University, she received her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.

At the moment, Serra is serving in the capacity of Olympic Sports Performance Dietitian for the UCLA Athletics department. She has also established the Tohum Wellness Club and her outlet, Tohum Nutrition, both of which she utilizes to educate people on the necessity of nutrition and to promote awareness of its importance.

Myles Garrett does not have kids yet. Myles, however, is close to children as he is often seen in Browns’ charity events. 

The defensive back has two siblings: Sean and Brea. Myles was a big part of the siblings’ life growing up. They are somewhat like the kids of his own.

Sean Williams, Garrett’s older brother, played collegiate basketball at Boston College before being chosen in the first round of the NBA Draft in 2007 by the New Jersey Nets. Sean is Myles’ half-brother. Myles and Brea were born to their mother and her second husband, Lawrence.

Garrett has stated that his brother’s relationship with illicit substances is one he never wants to have for himself.

Brea Garrett, Garrett’s sister, was an accomplished undergraduate athlete who competed in track and field and won an NCAA title in 2014 for her performance in the 20-pound weight throw.

According to a biography on Garrett that was published in Sports Illustrated, Brea often visited the football office at A&M to provide them with advice and suggestions on how to attract Garrett to play for them successfully.

In addition to his younger and older siblings, Myles Garrett has his parents, Audrey and Lawrence Garrett, as family members.

Prior to the birth of her children, Audrey was an accomplished athlete in her own right. At Hampton University, she was a standout on the track and field team, earning All-American honors.

In 2017, Lawrence contributed an article for The Player’s Tribune titled “The Myles I Know,” in which he discussed Garrett’s achievements in the sport of football. Among other things, he said that Garrett was a dutiful child who never went through a time when he was rebellious.

Concerning Audrey, she freely revealed that she was the primary impetus behind Garrett’s choice to appear in the “Body Issue” of Sports Illustrated in 2019. Garrett claimed to the publication that his mother fought tooth and nail to have him included in the issue, and she confirmed that this was the case.

Multiple times, Garrett has shared heartfelt messages on the importance of family on his Instagram account.

Myles Garrett, the standout defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, was involved in a single-car rollover collision after practice, and the team has verified that he was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

News 5 Celevland’s Camryn stated that Garrett was traveling home from practice around three o’clock Eastern Time when he crashed his Porsche. 

According to Justice’s report, authorities with the Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed that the vehicle headed off the right side of the street and flipped many times before coming to a halt.

According to the report, a woman was riding along as a passenger in the vehicle. According to the investigation, Garrett and his passenger were both wearing seatbelts at the time of the incident.

They were sent to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for injuries that did not threaten their lives. According to OSHP, neither drugs nor alcohol had a part in the accident, even though it was first unknown what caused the collision.

Myles Garrett, a defensive end, joined the Cleveland Browns in 2017 after agreeing to terms on a contract worth $30 million over four years.

This figure includes a signing bonus of $20.3 million. The Cleveland Browns provided Myles with the highest salary that year, and he subsequently agreed to a five-year deal in 2020 for a total of $125 million and includes a signing bonus of $50 million.

With his current pay, Myles Garrett is making something in the neighborhood of $25 million per year. His starting pay will be about $10 million for the 2021-2022 season, but in subsequent years he will earn more money than that.
