Steven Luatua Wife Olivia Stunzner Is A Veterinary Nurse

Steven Luatua wife Olivia Stunzer went to the Unitec Institute of Technology. Olivia is originally from Auckland. 

Olivia is a passionate animal rights activist. In addition to being very vocal on her social media about the pressing issues of animal cruelty, animal testing, animal rescue, and viruses that emerge from tampering with wild animals, she is also a fundraiser and petitioner on the same topics. 

According to her Facebook at  Olivia Stünzner-Eade, she went to Unitec in her hometown of Auckland, New Zealand. She studied veterinary nursing in college because of her love for animals. Olivia currently works as a veterinarian in Bristol. 

Olivia is also a dog rescuer and the dog mom of one sweet and gentle pitbull named Quinn. While her Instagram is private, Quinn is often featured on Steven’s Instagram feed, usually playing with Olivia or their daughter Chloe. Quinn is three years old and celebrates her birthday on January 16. 

A german shepherd named Eli occasionally features on the couple’s social media. It seems that Eli lives with Olivia’s mother Tanya Stunzner. 

While we do not know her exact age, Steven wishes her birthday every year on March 18. Steven is 31 years old and celebrates his birthday on April 29.

Steven Luatua and Olivia Stunzer started dating in 2018 and got engaged in November 2019. 

While we do not know when or how the couple first got together, their first public post dates back to January 21, 2018. Since the Bristol Bears signed Steven to play in the English Premiership only in February of 2018, it is possible that the couple met in New Zealand and moved to the UK together after his transfer was finalized. 

In their first picture, Steven is sharply dressed in a suit, and Olivia looks stunning in a formal dress, he jokingly hinting that his friends thought Olivia was way out-of-league for him.

Olivia and Steven often take trips to all the best destinations, especially in Europe. Before their engagement, the couple vacationed in Paris, Nice, Berlin, Spain, and Greece, among others. On Olivia’s birthday in 2021, Steven posted a throwback to their vacation to Greece, where the couple swam in shallow water surrounded by sharks. 

Steven proposed to Olivia in November 2019 while on vacation to Amsterdam. He announced the engagement to his fans on November 13. 

Seven months after their engagement, Steven announced their pregnancy. “Adding another girl to our bubble,” he captioned the Instagram post featuring Olivia and the ultrasound of an unborn girl.  

The two seem to have a healthy and picturesque relationship. Stunzer is very supportive of Steven’s rugby career and Steven is also very understanding of Olivia’s needs and struggles in adjusting to the new lifestyle of being a mom. 

Steven Luatua and Olivia Stunzer daughter Chloe Talaleu Luatua is two years old and is already a rugby fan. 

For a usually organized and collected Steven Luatua, the 2020 Challange Cup Final in France couldn’t have been more hectic. Originally having planned to attend the birth of his child, then flying over to the South of France to face the French side RC Toulon, Steven had the blessing of Bristol Bears director Pat Lam to miss the game if he couldn’t make it. 

In the end, Olivia didn’t give birth until 45 minutes before the kickoff. Even though the Bristol fans feared the absence of Luatua, the team captain, among injured  Nathan Hughes and Charles Piutau, the Bears prevailed by a 32-19 scoreline. Steven didn’t waste time thanking Pat and others who supported his decision to stay back in England for the birth of his child. 

Chloe, the pandemic baby, was confined to the house for the initial months of her life as Covid lockdowns were heavily implemented throughout the UK. Steven, Olivia, and Quinn didn’t let the baby get bored, however. Steven’s Instagram feed is full of Chloe, Olivia, and Quinn’s antics. 

Having missed her initial days of outdoor time, Chloe is now making full use of her freedom to go outside. Steven and Olivia often take little Chloe out to theme parks, coffee dates, and European vacations. In May of 2022, Chloe had her first taste of the European Grand Tour when her parents took her to Portugal and Spain. 

Discrediting stereotypes about Pitbulls, the couple has posted dozens of videos of 3-year-old Quinn playing ever so gently with their toddler. Seeing how calm and patient Quinn is around Chloe, Steve has dubbed his dog “the most patient pup in the world”. 

Steven and Olivia, being outdoorsy people themselves, seem to know the importance of introducing your child to nature at a young age. Despite having a busy schedule, Luatua is seen to always have time for his family, and Stunzer’s dedication to protecting animal rights and our environment speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.
