Who Is Titus Day? Guy Sebastian Former Manager Charges And Prison Sentences

Titus Day is the former manager of American singer Guy Sebastian. He is accused of pilfering approximately $900,000 from his clients.

Day has been found guilty of embezzlement, however, he has avoided jail for now. He had his bail continued during the court hearings on Friday, July 1, 2022.

Titus Day has been working as a Celebrity agent for more than two decades now.

He is the former manager and closest friend of Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian. The two got acquainted in the year 2009.

Day also owns his own talent management business named 6 Degrees. 

According to LinkedIn, he previously served as the Senior Client Management Executive at 22 Management and Atlantic Talent Agency.

He was employed as a solicitor for Kydon Segal Lawyers between 2004 to 2006 and has worked in many other firms.

Talking about his qualifications, he has passed out with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sydney. 

Titus Day Charges Details

Day embezzled Sebastian Guy out of almost $1 million between 2013 and 2020. He has more than 47 charges in his name.

The former manager is accused of misappropriating the music royalties, performances, and ambassador payments owned to the singer. 

This includes $494,360 for Swift’s support during the four-city Australian leg of her ‘The Red Tour’ in December 2013.

Similarly, Sebastian had charged $54,341 to sing at a marriage in Jakarta in July 2017, and McDonald’s payment to the singer of amount $66,000. Guy also received an amount of around $49,000 for performing at Allianz Stadium in Sydney during his tour in 2013. 

The court has subsequently found anomalies in his financial records, suggesting that he embezzled around $900,000 of the singer’s earned money.  For now, the celebrity agent stays on bail. 

Titus Day Is Married To His Wife Courtney

Day has long been married to his wife Courtney Day. The couple also shares three children; Siya, Ajax, and Atticus. 

Day reportedly owns a mansion worth $4.2 million at Ocean St, Bondi. His father, Michael Day, is a famous architect and also has a brother named Anatole.
