Born to parents Daniel Bravo and Eva Bravo, Lucas Bravo is a French actor most famously known for his role as Gabriel in the series Emily in Paris. 

Since 2020, the French actor has starred as chef Gabriel opposite Lily Collins in the Netflix romantic comedy series Emily in Paris.

Bravo is also a professional model with the Paris-based Viva agency. He has appeared in commercials for brands such as Chanel, Mesika, L’Oréal, and even Fortuneo. 

Lucas plays in the upcoming 2022 film Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris as André Fauvel. It is directed by Anthony Fabian and based on Paul Gallico’s novella of the same name.

In August, it was announced that he will co-star with Maria Bakalova in Dean Craig’s upcoming film The Honeymoon. He landed the romantic comedy role in Ticket to Paradise in October.

Lucas Bravo was born in the year 1988 in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes to parents Daniel Bravo and Eva Bravo.

Daniel Bravo is a former French professional football midfielder. Throughout his career, Daniel resided mostly in France. He appeared in 13 games for France, scoring once.

Lucas’s father was born in the French city of Toulouse. At the age of 17, he made his debut for OGC Nice in a game against Metz in the French Championship D1.

His mother, Eva Bravo is a former singer. 

Daniel’s job required him to travel across France, stopping in Nice, Paris, Marseille, Lille, and Lyon. At only the age of eight, he moved to Italy, where his mother hosted an Italian television show. He began to enjoy football, which he had previously despised. 

He has an older brother, lawyer François-Philippe, and two younger siblings: brother Adrian and sister Marie-Eva.

Where Is French Actor Lucas Bravo Now? 

French actor Lucas Bravo is currently filming his next project, Ticket to Paradise in Queensland, Australia, alongside George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Lucas Bravo decided to become an actor at the age of ten. His father, who wanted to see him active, pushed him to take on jobs and so for a while, Lucas worked as a waiter during his adolescence.

Still inspired by cinema, he decided to study theater at the age of 17 and moved to the United States on his own, without the support of his parents.

For two years, he studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, where he became bilingual. In 2010, he was forced to return to Paris as he lacked a visa and began passing castings.

In 2013, he landed his first role as Jeff in the television series Sous le soleil de Saint-Tropez. In 2015, he starred as a surfer in Philippe Guillard’s feature film We Wanted to Break Everything.

From 2017 to 2020, he attended the Actors Factory, a British drama coach Tiffany Stern founded in 2010.
