Leonardo DiCaprio

The Titanic star is the owner of several real estate properties in the country among them a Palm Springs vacation home and a Hampton’s mansion.

The vacation home is a secluded 1.3-acre desert oasis compound that is offered for rental at $3,750 per night for a maximum of two nights. It has a grand piano, a fireplace, pool and a tennis court to boot.


Kylie Jenner

The sister to Kim Kardashian is a prime real estate investor who brags the ownership of a $5.4 million Los Angeles home that has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a fireplace and a theater.

Aside from this one she also owns a $6.025 million home next door to this one, another $12.5 million mansion in the same neighborhood and a Mediterranean-style home in Calabasas.

John Kransiki and Emily Blunt


The couple owns a $6 million townhouse in New York that they bought in 2016 after selling off their Hollywood Hills mansion to Kendall Jenner for $6.5 million.

They also sold a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Hollywood at $3.505 million. In addition to this, the couple also owned a 4 bedroom home in Ojai, California that they sold for $2.75 million. It contained a spa and a pool.

Johnny Depp

The famous actor after divorce from Amber Heard listed five penthouses inside Eastern Columbia Lofts for sale and sold the first two for $2.545 million and $3.9 million respectively.

The actor also was previously the owner of a French Estate that boasted of a 37-acre farm in Plan De Tour with a main house, a village and a chapel. The property was valued at $55 million.

Fashion designer and film producer Tom Ford in 2016 bought a $38.75 million Holmby Hills Estate that boasts of 9 bedrooms, a library, 7 bathrooms, tennis court, rose garden and an outdoor living room.

At the same time Ford put up Cerro Pelon Ranch in New Mexico for sale at $75 million, the ranch covers 20,000-acres.

Mo Vaughan


Former MLB star Mo Vaughan is also a real estate investor, his company OMNI New York has purchased and currently manages some 70,000 units of low cost housing in the city of New York, Miami, Boston, Las Vegas and Cheyenne.

The company also has a presence in Seneca Falls and the Bronx.

David Robinson

Former NBA center, David Robison formed the Admiral Capital Group that has a portfolio of more than $100 million in apartment complexes, office buildings and upscale hotels in the USA.


Chris Webber
