Noah Farrakhan was born to his parents, Hakeem Oliver and Miriam Farrakhan, on the 3rd of December 2000.

The 21-year-old is a 6 feet and 2 inches tall athlete who plays as a guard for the Eastern Michigan Eagles team; before joining the Eagles, he played for East Carolina Pirates.

Furthermore, Farrakhan began his high school career (first and second years) at St. Benedict’s Prep and played his senior year at The Patrick School. Likewise, he also played for IMG Academy during the 2019 GEICO High School national championship. 

The basketball player is majoring in communication at Eastern Michigan University, and he played for 36 minutes in yesterday’s match against Michigan Wolverines, making six rebounds, three assists, and 19 points. However, the Eagles lost to Wolverines by five points (88:83).

Hakeem Oliver and Miriam Farrakhan are the beloved parents of the collegiate basketball player Noah Farrakhan.

Noah does share the same last name with the religious leader Louis Farrakhan, but they are not related.

However, the religious leader has a grandson, a former professional basketball player Mustapha Farrakhan Jr., who spent his collegiate career at the University of Virginia.

Furthermore, Mustapha Jr. played for teams including the Bakersfield Jam, New York Knicks, Iowa Energy, Sioux Falls Skyforce, Idaho Stampede, Melbourne Tigers, and Oklahoma City Thunder. Moreover, the last team he signed with was the Ball Hogs of the Big3 in July 2019.

5. Noah Farrakhan Played High School Basketball At The Patrick School

Farrakhan graduated from The Patrick School, led the Celtics to a sectional championship, and earned second-team all-state honors as a sophomore.

The athlete played his first and second-year student seasons at St. Benedicts Prep (Newark, N.J.), had his two seasons from 2017 to 2019 at IMG Academy, and spent his senior year at Patrick in 2019-20. 

Noah also became one of the members of St. Benedict’s NJISAA state championship teams in 2017 and 2018; likewise, he guided the IMG Academy’s team to land the 2019 GEICO High School National Championship.

6. Noah Farrakhan Transferred From Pirates To Eagles

Farrakhan played for East Carolina Pirates before transferring to Eastern Michigan Eagles in June 2021.

He committed to play for the Pirates in 2020 over New Mexico Lobos. He also received offers from Penn State Nittany Lions, Wake Forest Demon Deacon, Maryland Terrapins, and Providence Friars, among others, in 2018.

While at the Pirates, he made his collegiate debut against N.C. Wesleyan; furthermore, Noah appeared in 12 games while averaging 3.0 points, and 0.9 rebounds, with 1.0 assists per game.

Likewise, the basketball player appeared in 26 games for the 2021-22 season per the date while making 25 starts at Eagles. Moreover, he dished out a personal-best assist on the January 29th game against Miami.
