Who Is Al Zuras? Manifest Character Real Name And Biography Details To Follow

According to a season 2 episode of Manifest, Flight 828 might have traveled back to the 16th century during its five-year absence, and this is when and where the character Al Zuras is introduced.

One of the most significant puzzles in the NBC series is the plane's location and passengers. But after five and a half years, Ben (Josh Dallas) and Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh) are still unsure of its location. Flight 828 mysteriously disappeared and then reappeared years later with no explanation.

Since then, some travelers have been driven to discover what transpired and why they received these odd messages known as the Callings.

By doing some research, Ben TJ and Olive discovered that Yusuv Al-Zuras and the crew of his ship perished during a storm in the 16th century. Al-Zuras and his men reportedly saw a "silver dragon" flying overhead, according to his journal entry.

A Calling shared by the passengers confirmed that Flight 828 was the "silver dragon." This proved that Flight 828 and Al-Zuras's ship shared the same space and time for at least a split second.

Al Zuras is believed to be from the past; however, we don't yet know his age. After the plane incident, everyone returned ten years later without recollecting their previous location because Al-Zuras could not comprehend. It was as if no time had passed for them, similar to the situation with the passengers.

After they returned and the crew started to experience visions, drawings in his journal showed that Saanvi was one of the people and events that Al-Zuras saw, despite the distance in time between them.

Despite the significance of Al-Zuras mystery, Manifest gave up on it after season 2. Nevertheless, TJ notices that Al-Zuras's death is not mentioned, but she surmises that it occurred ten years after his return.

As the show abandoned the theory of Al-Zuras after introducing it in Season 2, Season 4 might change that by using the conclusion of Cal's Manifest from Season 3 to introduce Yusuf Al-Zuras as an actual character.

In detail, the plot explains Montego Air Flight 828, en route from Jamaica to New York City, encounters a brief period of rough turbulence.

The 191 passengers and crew of the aircraft learned from NSA deputy director Robert Vance that more than five and a half years had passed while they were in the air, during which time they were assumed dead when they touched down at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, New York.

The passengers experience what is referred to as "callings," which are guiding voices and visions that represent future events, as they re-enter society and come to terms with the fact that their lives and those of their loved ones are not the same as they once were.
