Bader Shammas moved to Bahrain after receiving his degree to pursue a career and began working as an analyst with BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking in April 2013.

Apart from that, Bader worked as an associate in the Kuwait City branch of the business. He even previously served as an associate assistant vice president at BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Dubai.
