Barbora Strycova Boyfriend Petr Matejcek Is Editor In Chief At Esquire Czech

Barbora Strycova boyfriend Petr Matejcek is a chief editor at a major fashion magazine. Before working at Esquire Petr had worked at Elle Magazine. 

She was previously married to her former coach and athlete, Jacub Zahlava. Their marriage lasted for nine years, from 2006 to 2015. After her divorce was finalized, Strycova got into a relationship with Matejcek. 

The first picture that she posted with her partner was back in 2019. In her second Instagram account, under the handle, "barbeefun", where she posts mostly about fashion and lifestyle, she posed for a mirror selfie with Petr and mentioned in the caption that he always has her back.

In September 2022, Barbora posted a selfie with Petr after they completed a 10km race together. 

Barbora And Petr Also Worked Together

Barbora was in a relationship with Petr when she was featured on the cover of Elle Czech in September 2019. 

During that time, Petr was the Chief Editor there, and the couple got to work together. She was featured on the cover after winning Wimbledon. 

In the interview with WTA Tour, Barbora also talked a bit about her relationship. She mentioned that her partner had taught her a lot about the fashion and beauty industry. Petr mainly accompanies her while shopping, and they also talk about different brands. 

Strycova mentioned that her favorite brand is Dior, and her boyfriend has told her stories about many brands and designs that she wasn't even aware of. 

Petr And Barbora Love Bonding With Their Son

Petr and Barbora are often seen spending time together with their son Vincent. 

In May 2022, she posted a picture of them together. In the picture, she also endorsed a brand called Cybex.

The couple took Vincent on his first bicycle ride a few months later. The baby was still really small at that time, and he was being held by his father.

Similarly, she again shared a family portrait in December 2022 with Vincent and Petr and called them "her boys".

She welcomed her first child, son Vincent Strycova, on October 2021. She first announced her pregnancy news in March 2021, mentioning there is a baby on board. 

When she was nine months pregnant, she even had a photoshoot and flaunted her body. 

After Vincent was born, she often posted pictures with him where they tried out different things. In November 2021, she clicked a picture with her baby while they were strolling outside. 

Similarly, Barbora and Vincent also had their first photoshoot together for the Cosmopolitian Czech and were featured in the November issue. 

At times, she also posts pictures with her sister Ivona's daughter. She calls her Lulu and bonds really well with her.
