The general manager of the Buffalo Bills, Brandon Beane, has been in the position since 2017. Before that, he served as an assistant general manager at one of the famous NFL teams, the Carolina Panthers.
Brandon is a guy who started his journey from the bottom. After spending 19 years in the Panther organization, Beane finally became the new general manager at the Buffalo Bills.
Throughout his tenure since 2017, he has done a lot of work so that the Bills can move forward as a strong team. Beanie extended his contract with the Bills in 2020, adding extra five years to his contract.

Hayley was born and raised in North Carolina. From going around the countryside to being around the main city, she has done it all.
Being an NFL GM’s wife, Hayley is close to many women around who come from similar backgrounds. There is a bonding like a sisterhood that is keeping them close as well.
In Mafia Mavens: The Haley Beane Interview, Hayley mentions having a lot of responsibility and that her life is not really easy like how it seems on the internet. From moving to different states to handling family responsibilities, she did say that there’s a lot on her plate.
After completing a high school diploma from Shelby High School in 1994, Hayley did not have a straight plan for what she would do next with her life. So in the same year, she decided to attend the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. While she explored many courses during her first year there, she fell in love with the Spanish language.
She decided to go into teaching and finally majored in Spanish Language Teacher Education. After graduating from UNC in 1998, she started her teaching journey as an elementary school Spanish teacher at Fort Mill School District. She was in the field for almost seven years.
After a few years, she joined Carolina Academy and joined the position of Preschool Spanish teacher. She taught there from 2009 to 2014. Finally, for the last two years before she left the teaching industry, she also taught middle school Spanish.
Now, she is a homemaker and the job is no less tough. She mentioned that the Beane Household is crowded and has people from all over, especially during the home game days. Having to look after the guests, kids, and pets can be quite burdensome. She started being a stay-at-home mom in 2017.

Since October 2013, Hayley has also been managing a personalized locket business. She is an independent designer and focuses on making jewelry that tells a story.
Brandon’s partner is also a part of the Bill’s Woman Association, where she, along with other women from Buffalo Bills, try on different activities every month. This includes having a get-together, donations, celebrating, and many more.

Brandon Beane and his family is originally from North Carolina but they moved to New York City after being a GM of Buffalo Bills.
As a partner, Hayley is extremely supportive of her husband Brandon. She mentioned doing her best to be his support system and providing a nurturing home environment as well.
In an interview with apple podcast, Hayley mentioned that Brandon is an extremely patient and humble person. She even admitted that she became a proper football fan only after she started dating Brandon, as he explained all the game rules to her in a perfect way whenever her curiosity got intrigued
The Beane family moved from North Carolina to New York after Brandon’s transfer, and throughout the journey, they have faced many differences in the state’s cultures along with how different fan base behaves. They also have a compassionate bonding with the fanbase.
Being in Buffalo, Hayley says the people around are really fun and respectful towards them. They do enjoy being in such a homely environment.

They are equally working towards different social welfare activities. Brandon and Hayley are working in the “Bills Muttifa” program, where every time the Buffalo Bills does the home touchdown, they pay an animal’s adoption fee at the SPCA Serving in Eric County.
Brandon and Hayley started dating when he was in Carolina Panthers, and she is extremely proud to watch her husband’s dream come true. She was never a career-driven person but watching her husband be passionate about work is something she is happy about.
The couple has two sons, Tyson and Wes, and they teach their boys about being a provider for themselves and finding passions, among others. They have come a far way as a couple and are helping each other grow as one.
