Chase Garbers Brother Ethan Garbers Plays For UCLA

Chase Garbers brother Ethan Garbers plays for the UCLA Bruins as a quarterback in the NCAA division league.

Born in Newport Beach, California, to his parents, Grant and Angelique Garbers, he is one of the three kids in the family. Besides Chase, who plays in NFL, he also has a sister, Lexi Garbers.

Ethan has already completed high school with impressive stats to his name. He finished with style, anointed the 2018 Sunset League Offensive Player of the Year.

According to 247Sports, Ethan has been listed in the rank 11 of pro-style QB in the country and number 54 in the state of California. He joined the University of Washington in the spring of 2020 and started showing his talent immediately.

So far, Ethan is on the right track, starting from college football, similar to what Chase did. He played for the California Golden Bears as a quarterback. Chase began his college career at California in 2018 and has played for the Golden Bears for four seasons.

Ethan signed the letter of intent to the UW in December 2019 and had a visit to the Washington Huskies in January 2020. Following an excellent time at the UW, his hunger for more drove him to sign with the University of California, Los Angeles.

By December 2020, he was ready to face a new challenge and listed his name on the transfer portal. A few days later, Ethan joined the country's prestigious college football team UCLA Bruins, and now plays in a quarterback position for the club.

Ethan's popularity among sports fans in the country is gradually increasing. He recently reached 6K followers on Instagram @ethangarbers and has 6,271 followers with 73 posts. Similarly, on Twitter, his account has 2.2K followers.

Chase Parents Angelique and Grant Garbers Raised Two Athletes

NFL star Chase parents Angelique and Grant Garbers raised two standout athletes.

Chase and his younger sibling Ethan are both equally giving their best to make a name on the biggest stage of football in the country. Chase recently got promoted to the 2nd quarterback for his team, the Las Vegas Raiders.

On the other hand, Ethan is focused on enhancing his performance and skills to match with that of NFL standards. He is on the set to make himself available in the upcoming NFL draft so that his dream of pursuing an NFL career will come true.

But the competition is tough even between the two sons of Grant and Angelique. Despite being half-bloods, neither holds back when dominating the other.

"We've always been competitive towards each other," Chase said in 2020. "Just about anything we do, it's competitive. We actually just played basketball a little earlier, and I beat him, like 11-3 or something."

Being the elder, Chase shows zero mercy to his little bro and destroys him in any game they compete. Ethan believes he can defeat him, but Chase still has the upper hand over him.

Father Grant sees nothing wrong with that and believes the healthy competition between the two will only improve them. It is common for parents of athletes to make sacrifices to support their child's athletic objectives.

Grant and Angelique support both their children equally. From early childhood, the Garbers couple nurtured Ethan and Chase to be top athletes. They are a source of pride and fulfillment for them.
