Chiara Passari has accused Nick Kyrgios of assault as he faces legal charges.
The reports were first published by one of the leading newspapers in Australia, The Canberra Times. The original news source is the police statement in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
The police reported, “ACT Policing can confirm a 27-year-old Watson man is also scheduled to face the ACT Magistrates Court on the 2nd of August concerning one charge of common assault following an incident in December 2021.” The man was later confirmed to be Nick.

According to Chiara Passari, Nick Kyrgios allegedly assaulted her by grabbing her last year.
On the other hand, Nick’s spokesperson said, “The nature of the allegation is serious, and Mr. Kyrgios takes the allegation very seriously.” Though the athlete hasn’t released a statement yet, he is secluded from releasing a statement soon.
