She wrote, “On February 24, I went to the ER with what I thought was a pulled muscle in my shoulder. The X-Ray showed that my right lung had completely collapsed. I was rushed into immediate surgery, then transported to UAB Birmingham where I would spend the rest of that week.”
Fans were worried about the young musician who was hospitalized with a collapsed lung. However, the singer revealed that God granted her a miracle as her lung was completely fine on her doctor’s visit on March 18.
It was revealed on her social media on April 18 that the singer had won against her sudden illness and that her lung surgery was a success. The post read,
“UPDATE ON CHRISTA:
This Resurrection Sunday morning, we received an excellent report from the Doctors! In fact, they said, “I’d call this a win.” We have the VICTORY!”
She thanked all the fans and family members through whose collective prayers the singer’s surgery was possible without any issues.
On April 21, it was announced on her social media that after 19 days in the hospital, Christa Bullock was discharged from the hospital with no issues.
The singer is now completely healed, and she even attended The American Bible Project in Nashville, Tennessee, on May 18.
