Ekiko is a Senior Business Development Manager at Nusaed and the CEO of his company, Demuze Ventures. He founded the company in September 2012. Since August 2012, he has also presided as Chairman/CEO of Damu Resources Limited. Last but not least, the elder Ekiko has been offering his services at Zefa Investment Limited. He works in the real estate industry.

Etieno is 42 years old and was born on August 31, 1980. He lives in Abuja, Nigeria, while his family lives in Aurora, Colorado. Desmond's dad used to live in Denver, Colorado, with his older brother, Imo Ekiko, in 2015.

On April 4, 2015, Etieno and his older brother signed a petition to remove Austin Okojie and Gabriel Achong from their official positions of State Resident Electoral Commissioner and state Commissioner of Police. The two had a hand in electoral fraud during the Presidental election in Akwa Ibom State on March 28, 2015.

Desmond Bane mother Marissa Bane was a teenager from Richmond when she gave birth to him.

As she was only 18 when he arrived, she had trouble finding jobs and finding a permanent home for the two of them. The two had already slept in three houses before Marissa's grandparents said they would take him in.

Desmond's younger sister Anna found a home in their Aunt's house and his two youngest siblings stayed with their mom in Indianapolis.

Marissa gave birth to three kids after him. Her four children are Desmond Michael Bane, Tianna Aylarae Bane, Ariyah Tanae Wright and Jaylyn Chantal Janae Wright. Tianna goes by Anna Bane.

His mom is in her early 40s and celebrates her birthday on May 24. Marissa has been in a relationship with Terrill Haley for the past nine years. They have been dating since December 8, 2013.

Desmond Bane Comes From Rich Athletic Background

Desmond Bane family has ties with athlete Robbie Willis who was a basketball star in Indiana.

Robbie is Desmond's grandpa and someone he looked up to for pointers in the sport. Though Robbie eventually quit his high school team due to his behavior, he was a standout player on the Indiana All-Star team. Afterward, Willis found himself playing at Washington State.

Bane eventually picked and excelled in basketball, but he started his sports journey with baseball. His great-grandfather, Bob Bane, was a youth baseball coach, and Desmond found himself picking up a bat and a ball until the eighth grade.

In between, he ran around the soccer field for a year and played football up until seventh grade. In his last year as a middle schooler, he focused all his attention on basketball. The rest is history.

His younger sister, Anna, played soccer and basketball. She won a state championship in May 2017. Anna is a 2022 Colorado State University graduate and has a Physiology degree.

Jaylyn Wright is a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret and Finish Line. She studied Pediatrician at the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Miami, Florida. She celebrates her birthday on February 3.

Desmond's sister Ariyah is a 2021 graduate of Richmond High School. Ariyah is 19 years old and was born on January 27, 2003. She recently became a mother and gave birth to her daughter Alaia Ri’lynn Saylor. Alaia weighed 7 pounds and 12 ounces at birth.
