Drew Lock Parents
Drew Lock's parents are Laura Lock and Andy Lock.
Because of a leg injury, Drew's father could never fulfill his childhood ambition of playing professional football. Andy Lock was a member of the offensive line for the University of Missouri football team during the late 1980s.
During his senior year, he was unlucky enough to have a leg injury, which prevented him from being picked. He was given some hope by the New York Giants when they invited him to participate in a training camp. However, he was not selected to be on the team's roster. That response crushed Andy's aspirations of playing in the NFL.
He has a brilliant kid, so thankfully, he can see his goal come true via his son. Andy and Laura went to all his games while Drew played for his college. Now they try to go to as many NFL games as possible. When asked by Broncos Wire, Drew stated that he tries to live up to his father's legacy in every game he plays.
After the NFL suspended Drew from playing for breaking the covid-19 regulations, Drew's mother voiced her displeasure with the League. Late in November of 2020, fans and media members expressed their displeasure with Lock for breaching the mask-wearing standards of the NFL. Because of his behavior, he and the other quarterbacks for the Denver Broncos had to sit out of their team's game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
The general opinion was that Drew's conduct constituted irresponsible behavior; nonetheless, many others believed that the sanction levied by the League was excessive. The word "shame" was used several times throughout Laura's scathing criticism of the NFL on social media. She attacked the League for unfairly treating Drew and his competitors and pointing the finger at him.
