Meet Evathefreakindiva Parents Doug Benefield And Renee Benefield, What Happened To Her Father? Murder Case Details

Evathefreakindiva’s mother’s name is Renee Benefield and her father’s name is Doug Benefield.

When Eva was 15 years old, her mother died; she learned of her death when she got home from school. At the time, her father was out of town.

Doug had made several promises to his daughter, including that he would take care of her and never wed. However, nine months after making these promises, Doug married former ballerina Ashley Benefield.

Eva’s father married Ashley thirteen days after the meeting. Evathefreakindiva was unaware of his father’s wedding. She wasn’t informed till after their wedding.

She wrote about the tale her father told her about Ashley on her TikTok account. She has written many posts on her life in response to inquiries from her followers.

Evathefreakindiva’s stepmother Ashley Benefield murdered and shot her father in September 2020. She was then arrested and accused of murder concerning the fatal videotaping of her ex-husband.

Although Ashley had stated that he had assaulted her before she shot him, a later investigation found no proof of such an incident. Since they were no longer together, Ashley was living with her mother. There were just two inside her home at the time of the shooting.

She used a handgun chambered in 45 calibers to shoot Doug four times. Doug was struck by two bullets, while the other two were discovered lodged in the wall.

According to the inquiry, he may not have faced Ashley when she began shooting. She claimed to have been physically abused, but there was no evidence of struggle other than a minor scratch.

When Ashley found out she was pregnant about two years ago, she filed a domestic assault complaint against her husband. The court judge even rejected her attempt to obtain an injunction to prevent Doug from seeing their daughter.

Ashley had no choice but to let Doug meet his daughter after the judge permitted him to do so. Doug was hit once in the knee, once in the right arm, and once in the chest.

Evathefreakindiva, who is well-liked on Tiktok, recently launched a T-shirt business called Ghost Cowboy. She has said that she utilizes her platform as a type of therapy and that telling the world about her experiences improves her mental health.

The TikTok user Evathefreakindiva has recently become more well-known online. Following the investigation into the death of her father, Doug Benefield, she has gained a fair amount of popularity on the social media site TikTok.
