Jessica Feeney Garda reported her injuries are still causing pain and suffering, and that they have had a substantial influence on her daily life, but she has not stated whether she has given up her bodybuilding career.
Feeney claimed she had already received €3,000 in compensation from the assailant, Jackie Walsh of Clonard Park, Ballybeg, Co. Waterford, who was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a suspended sentence for causing the injuries.
Her social media accounts were used to submit films and images to the court, which showed the plaintiff socializing, traveling, and competing in bodybuilding competitions following her injury.
The barrister asked how someone with the plaintiff’s ailments could even exercise in the gym, to which Feeney replied that she wasn’t lifting any heavy weights, only around 20kg altogether.
On the other hand, The court was then shown a secretly recorded film of Ms Feeney working out in the gym, in which she was seen lifting weights topping 40kg for a number of repetitions.

Is Jessica Feeney Garda Leaving Bodybuilding?
Jessica Feeney Garda claimed that her injuries continue to cause her continual agony and suffering, and that they have had a significant impact on her daily life and has not clearly mentioned about whether she has quitted her bodybuilding carrer.
Likewise, She has not returned to work or driven since the occurrences, according to the court, and she is no longer able to train at the same level in the gym as she used to in order to compete in bodybuilding competitions.
Garda claimed that the events in which she competed, and won on several times, were more akin to bikini modeling than bodybuilding, and that no extensive training was required to compete, only a slim physique.

Jessica Feeney, a musclebound official who withdrew two separate bodily injury claims after video was aired in the High Court showing her lifting weights surpassing 40kg.
Moreover, she claimed her injuries caused her ‘continuous pain and suffering’ and had adversely impacted her day-to-day life.
On the third day of her civil actions, Jessica Feeney withdrew her claims after Mr Justice Cian Ferritter expressed his concerns about issues that arose during cross-examination and stated that any adverse findings against the plaintiff could have a negative impact on her career, given her line of work.
Her attorney stated in court that his client suffered from severe headaches and torticollis of the neck as a result of the collision.
Feeney filed two sets of High Court cases in 2018 and 2019 against two incidences in which she claimed she was injured.
Ms Feeney sued Sean Barron of Adamstown, Co. Wexford, for an incident in April 2018 in which she was struck by the door of a passing horsebox he was towing while on patrol as a garda.
Following this event, Ms Feeney filed a new High Court action against MCD Productions, a music and festival organiser, when she was assaulted in Croke Park in 2019 while attending a Westlife concert.

Jessica Feeney Garda, Where Is She Now?
Jessica Feeney Garda testified over the course of three days that she had previously suffered from depression and anxiety.
Now, that her condition had worsened as a result of these two incidents, and that she now avoid crowds and only go outside in the company of a close friend or family member for security reasons.
