The lady was previously detained and held in a holding cell for driving under the influence by the Skokie Police Department. She then claimed that she was assaulted while in custody after her DUI arrest.

After pulling over to the side of the road and falling asleep at the wheel, Feuerstein was brought into the jail.

As of 2022, Cassandra Feuerstein’s whereabouts are not known. However, her injury pictures are still being shared on the Internet.

The injury photos of Cassandra Feuerstein were published on the Internet after her lawsuit. 

The pictures show her right part of the face totally swollen after injury. She had fractured a facial bone, lost some teeth, and had a deep cut on her face.

According to sources, she had suffered nerve damage and had to undergo facial reconstruction surgery after the incident. The medical report also showed that she suffered vision and dental problems since the injury. 

A surveillance video also shows Feuerstein interacting with an officer. She is seen asking an officer to call her husband and kids.

A few seconds later, Officer Michael Hart calls her out of the bars, and he is seen thwarting Feuerstein back in the cell. Following this, she is face-first to a cemented bench. The rest of the clip show, that she is helped out by two officers, as she bled on the floor.

The Surveillance video of Feuerstein’s Arrest has been removed by Facebook. However, on Twitter, we can still find some of the threads related to the incident.

Cassandra Feuerstein Case: Was Michael Hart Police Officer Arrested For Assault?

Officer Michael Hart was sentenced to two years probation by Judge Matt Coghlan. He was then ordered held on a $75,000 bond.

He was charged for allegedly shoving a woman and with felonies in connection with an incident caught on video. When the village announced that Hart would be fired, Hart also resigned from the Skokie Police Department, where he served for more than 19 years.

The Chicago suburb also paid around $875,000 to Cassandra and her family.
