The chef became a culinary demonstration kitchen instructor at Stir in Boston, Massachusetts. Barbara Lynch, the owner of Stir, promoted Kish to chef de cuisine in 2012. Until March 2014, she was the chef de cuisine at Barbara Lynch’s Menton Boston.
Kish took over as chef at her new restaurant Arlo Grey in Austin, Texas, in May 2018.
