What Happened To James Bhemgee? SA Got Talent Singer Death Cause

James Behmgee reportedly died of a Heart attack. 

A Facebook user named Stan Jazzman was one of the first people to announce the news. Apparently, his daughter was a neighbor of the singer and informed him about James's passing away.

He wrote, " Another sad day on The Flats. Mr Opera Singer, James Bhemgee, is no more. May His Dear Soul Rest In Peace. He's my daughter's neighbor and she tells me just yesterday he was still serenading the Kids in the neighborhood and last night a healthy James just suffered a sudden heart attack.

He was last publically seen in May 2022 at the Choice Drug Counselling Services for a performance. 

James Bhemgee was around the age of 57 years old.

Before his career as a singer, James struggled in his life and worked as a street sweeper for almost 13 years. He was discovered by an elderly woman in cape town, who found him amidst his singing routine. The kind woman then offered him to provide professional vocal lessons.

He got a major success after he got to participate and eventually win the title of SA’s Got Talent 2. After this head start, he performed at soldout shows and with prestigious names like Andre Rieu and Katherine Jenkins.

In 2011, James even released his album titled “Vincero”. Likewise, he was regarded as one of the finest Opera Singers in South Africa.

However, he lived a relatively private life. James Bhemgee never disclosed his wife or family name. Likewise, James Bhemgee's Wikipedia biography is also under review to dig further into his personal life. 

Social media started to flood with James Bhemgee's posts soon after his untimely demise.

Popular singer Sasha-Lee Davids made a heartbreaking Facebook post about the singer. She uploaded multiple images concerning the singer and wrote, " Heartbroken. My Duet Partner. Rest Peacefully dear friend."

Journalist Alvin Andrews, who was one of the first people to interview James, also wrote a lengthy Facebook caption. The post read, 'What a voice this guy had... Our deepest condolences go out to his family..... RIP James Bhemgee, you had one the finest voices in this country....." 

On the other hand, no official reports or obituaries are out yet. In fact, James's family members have not spoken about the situation yet. They must be devasted by the situation right now.
