Joshua Dobbs Girlfriend Jocelyn Lara Works In The Sport Industry

Joshua Dobbs girlfriend Jocelyn Lara is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has previously worked with NFL.

Jocelyn Lara recently turned 25 as her partner Joshua Dobbs posted a series of romantic pictures to mark the occasion on December 10. Lara graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in marketing in 2019.

While pursuing her studies, Jocelyn had already started to graft her career in the field of sports as she worked as a football recruiting assistant for two years and previously assumed the role of VolCorps Student Recruiter. 

After her graduation, she attended the Women’s Careers in Football Forum organized by the NFL Scouting department. It was the opportunity of a lifetime to work closely with experienced people for Jocelyn, but it didn’t come that easily. 

Only one out of fifty women are selected for the program and the applications are sent by more than 400 participants who represent five countries, including the US, Canada, Panama, Germany, and Australia. 

Before joining her current job at Generation Adidas International as an account manager three months ago, Jocelyn worked as a client relations coordinator for a year at the Team IFA, an athlete representation and marketing agency.

But the University of Tennessee is not the only college football team that Jocelyn has been associated with. The better half of Joshua Dobbs worked as an executive assistant for the University of Minnesota coach P.J. Fleck for a year. 

Joshua Dobbs and Jocelyn Lara have been dating since 2021.

The Tennesse Titans quarterback packed on PDA with his partner on a yacht as they took a trip to the resort city, Cabo San Lucas. Joshua shared the post with his 186k followers on July 5, 2021, and they weren’t alone with one of their friends asking for photo cred in the comment section.

It was the first time the football player gave his fans a glimpse of his romantic life. Only if Jocelyn was a couple of years older or Joshua a couple of years younger, could they’ve graduated together from the University of Tennessee. 

By the time Jocelyn joined the University of Tennessee, Joshua was already in his third year. Though they might not have dated then, Jocelyn certainly couldn’t have escaped hearing the name of Joshua in Tennessee. After all, he was their star quarterback who had already received various accolades.

But even after showing his love interest in July, the next post of the two didn’t come until December 11, 2021. Joshua posted a birthday tribute for his girl as he shared a couple of pictures and videos and included a photo of Jocelyn in her Las Vegas Raiders cheerleading gear. 

Earlier this year, on September 25, 2022, the couple returned to the University of Tennessee to watch Vols take on Gators at the Neyland Stadium. Dobbs even appeared on the big screen as the crowd cheered his name. 

And only a few weeks ago, the Titans quarterback posted a series of romantic pictures for Jocelyn’s 25th birthday. He captioned the post, “Cheers to another trip around the sun to my favourite person! Happy Birthday.” 

There’s no doubt that the better half of Joshua Dobbs was all smiles on December 29 as she saw him make his first NFL start for the Titans. It’s been a tough year for Dobbs, but it looks like 2023 will start with a bang.
