Running Back Marcus Lattimore Wife Miranda Bailey And Their Seven Years Of Togetherness

Former South Carolina running back Marcus Lattimore and his wife Miranda Bailey has been married for almost seven years.

According to her Twitter account, Miranda is a multi-talented woman. She is a qualified yoga instructor as well as a photographer. At her studio, called “Zen in Bl*ck Skin,” she teaches people how to meditate and do yoga.

It is a wellness group that emphasizes encouraging well-being via activities such as yoga and natural meditation with the assistance of a method known as African diaspora–a feeling of calm, or zen, in their skin.

Besides, Lattimore’s soulmate Miranda is an avid pet lover. She has a cute puppy named Mocha which she loves very much. Her Twitter profile picture is an image of her with her puppy Mocha. Furthermore, she is a big fan of singer Rihanna.

The Duncan native, Lattimore, married his high school sweetheart, the beautiful Miranda Bailey, on December 19, 2015. The wedding ceremony and celebration for the couple’s nuptials took place in the Lace Home, a historic house located on the grounds of the South Carolina Governor’s Mansion. 

It was a magnificent ceremony and event. Marcus and Marinda had the ceremony in front of the enormous fountain, and the reception was hosted within the Lace House and immediately next to it.

Marcus Lattimore and his wife Miranda Bailey began their relationship while the two were still in high school.

Lattimore, who entered the NFL as a free agent in 2013, and his longtime girlfriend Miranda have been seeing one other for a considerable time. They just decided to bond their relationship further by getting married.

It has been almost seven years since having tied the knot back in 2015. The coming December month and its 19th day will commemorate the couple’s seven years of wedding anniversary, which they have planned to celebrate with happiness.

Since the two first met in high school, his wife Miranda Bailey has been at his side, and she has been a tremendous support through all that Marcus has gone through during his career. Everything was swimmingly for him until October 2011, when he suffered a ligament tear in his knee.

After that, his career started to go downhill before he had a chance to get off the ground and become successful. The 49ers drafted Lattimore in 2013 to a 4-year contract worth $2,460,584, including a signing bonus of $300,584.

Unfortunately, he was unable to shake the aftereffects of his injuries and decided to hang up his cleats only one year later. He redirected his attention to his own personal happiness and married his long-term girlfriend Miranda in 2015, only a few days after starting his new job as a coach on South Carolina’s staff. 

In 2020, Marcus Lattimore, former 49ers RB and his wife Miranda Bailey were falsely indicted of dope trafficking.

The couple said that officers with the Nebraska State Patrol wrongly convicted them of being involved with smuggling after they were pulled over near the town of Kimball, which is located in Nebraska.

The event occurred in March 2020 on Wednesday morning as the couple drove back to their residence in Columbia, South Carolina, after spending the previous week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lattimore’s wife Miranda took it to social media as she tweeted and explained everything that happened by making a thread on a Twitter post. She claimed police officers falsely tarnished them for trafficking cracks across the nation.

American football coach Marcus Lattimore and his wife Miranda Bailey are yet to have any children together. 

Marcus founded the “Marcus Lattimore Foundation” a youth development program for children who are interested in sports but could not afford them.

Not only that It offers programs that provide an emphasis on principles, character development, the acquisition of life skills, educational opportunities, recreational opportunities, and overall health and well-being.

In 2016 Lattimore opened a First Choice Fit camp at Carolina Forest High School and insist every parent bring their children to the free fitness camp. Following his retirement, Marcus Lattimore, a former RB for the San Francisco 49ers decided to dedicate his time to helping children in South Carolina.

He said fitness is the main factor that contributes to an athlete’s long-term success. Though he had to retrieve back from his career due to injuries, he wants the children of Carolina to be fit and all well, and hence they do not have to experience what he went through.

Moreover, the 31-year-old also makes occasional trips to children’s hospitals, where he spends time with the patients, provides them with presents and sweets, and plays with them.
