Since 2018, he has been working as a Project Manager at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. He manages home improvement projects and customer relationships.
Other than that, Robert is also a writer. He has actively written many articles and published books as well.

Tinisha LaShaye McNeal-Clark works as a life coach and certified massage therapist. She mentioned that her main goal is to help everyone live their best life.
After graduating from Moline High School, she went to Hawk College.
Tinisha got her certificate in Massage Therapy from Capri College-Davenport in Iowa. Similarly, she received her Health Coach and Life Coach certificate from Health Coach Institute.
She is also an owner and an operator at Tranquil Escapes, Life Intentional, which focuses on healing and working with many people. Her husband has been a partner in the Business since July 2006.

The couple was first seen together in April 2018 when Quincy posted a picture with his girlfriend. He gave her a gift while in his car and shared a photo of her hugging him.
The second picture that he posted with Noel was when they were at a beach. The couple took pictures after they finished swimming and shared them on his Facebook.
