Family and Parents Ethnicity of Takeoff
Takeoff was born to parents of African-American ethnicity in 1994. The American rapper’s father abandoned him at a young age, and he was raised by his aunt Edna Marshal.
Before rising to fame with his group Migos, they were an act founded in the family bedroom. Quavo, the oldest member of the band and also Takeoff’s uncle, was in charge of all the group activities, with Takeoff being the youngest.
The group rose to prominence with the single Versace in 2013, which featured Drake. And with their single, Bad and Boujee, the group soared to international success, but Takeoff was missing from the song.
Out of the three members, Takeoff was the first one to show interest in rap music, while the other two were busy playing football. And later, noticing his nephew’s talent, Quavo decided to release a mixtape while Takeoff was still in middle-school age.
The duo was initially called Polo Club, with Offset later joining them as he started spending more time at Edna’s house. The trio was signed to the record label Quality Control in 2013, with Gucci Mane recognizing their skill set.
Takeoff released his debut solo album in 2018, which debuted at no. 4 on Billboard 200, and only last month, Quavo and Takeoff released their album, Only Built for Infinity Links, which landed at no. 7.

But soon Katy was again with her then on-and-off boyfriend Orlando Bloom, with whom she is now engaged and is pregnant with their second child.
Some sources reported that Takeoff was in a relationship with Liyah Jade, but the two called off their relationship in 2021. The youngest member of Migos didn’t have any children.
