Manhoef fought his first fight at 18 and has 51 professional MMA records and 52 kickboxing records; he won 32 MMA bouts, lost 16, had a draw, and two got canceled. Likewise, the athlete won 38 kickboxing bouts and lost 14. Moreover, he is a former It’s Showtime Middleweight Champion and the Cage Rage Light Heavyweight Champion.

Shane turned nine a few months ago as the little one blows the candle to celebrate her birthday yearly on the 9th of June under the astrological sign Gemini. Before his retirement, Melvin had his last MMA fight with the Cuban professional mixed martial artist Yoel Romero.

The fighter shared that Yoel is one of the greatest fighters he has fought against in his entire career, and he feels honored to fight him even though he lost the bout.

Before that, he lost the fight to Corey Anderson on the 5th of November 2020 at Bellator 251 but won the bout against Yannick Bahati and Kent Kauppinen in 2019 in Bellator 230 and Bellator 223, respectively.

The MMA fighter competed for It’s Showtime, Strikeforce, RINGS, DREAM, K-1, KSW, and ONE FC. Moreover, 29 of his 32 wins came via knockout, the highest percentage of any fighter with at least 15 wins.
