Mr. Thompson and London were a couple right from their college days. They had been together for a significant amount of home, when finally in 1968, Bennie Thompson wedded his high school girlfriend.

The pair has one daughter, BendaLonne, and two grandkids, Jeanna and Thomas.

Bennie, who was born on January 28, 1948, is currently 74 years old. Although London’s exact age is unknown, it is believed to be between 70 and 75. Since the two were high school love birds, it is speculated that there is not a significant age gap between the two.

Tim Mulvey, a panel spokesperson, stated that Mr. Thompson had urged the panel to proceed with its agenda after he came back positive on Monday. Mr. Thompson, he claimed, had been “disappointed,” but he still urged the panel to have the meeting even if he couldn’t attend in real.

Other Democrats to Come Back Positive Along With Thompson

Although Mr. Thompson has served as one of the panel’s supreme faces, he is hardly the most well-known Democrat to test positive in the week.

On Thursday, President Biden screened positive for the condition, and according to White House officials, he was showing very minor symptoms. According to authorities, both Thompson and Biden have had two booster shots and are completely vaccinated.

Thompson on the January 6 Hearings

The Mississippi Democratic Representative is presently dealing with one of his more than 50-year political career’s most prominent times.
