Lewis and Jacqueline have been married for 36 years. They are the parents of three kids: Jamie-Lee, Mitchell, and Lincoln, two boys.

When Jackie was five years old, her grandparents would bring her to watch her uncle play rugby league for the Cannon Hill Stars, the young Wally Lewis' first team.
