Miranda Elish’s younger sister Madi Elish is a 20-year-old softball pitcher for the University of Arizona. Madi, who was born on June 19, 2002, is the family’s middle child.
Extra Inning Softball ranked her as the nation’s number 21 recruit. According to her father, Madi chose Arizona over Oregon because she wanted to forge her own path.

Madi picked the number 19 to signify her birthday rather than the number 40 her mother wore in high school or the number Miranda wears.

Miranda Elish Parents And Family Background
Miranda Elish was born on 30 September 1997, in Crown Point, Indiana, to parents Casey and Dawn Elish. Her entire family is, or was, an athlete at one point or another.
Miranda’s mother taught middle school kids while her father, a businessman, brought in the big bucks.

The 24-year-old softball player attended Crown Point High School and began playing softball at the age of five, inspired by her mother, who was a softball player in her youth.
Miranda has two younger siblings, both of whom are athletes and compete in sports. Brady Elish is the youngest of the three and is 13 years her junior, while Madi Elish is five years her junior.

The Elish sisters are both outstanding softball pitchers who became famous overnight after it was announced that they will be competing in the NCAA Women’s College World Series against each other.
It was the first time Miranda’s entire family had attended one of her games since she was a freshman.
Miranda Elish is a senior pitcher for Oklahoma State’s softball team, while Madi Elish is a freshman pitcher for Arizona.
As the Wildcats’ freshman pitcher, Madi did not play, but Miranda had two singles and a run as OSU defeated Arizona 4-2 at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium.
