He was found not guilty, and the Old Bailey jury stated in a statement that the case had revealed a series of appalling systematic failings to provide front-line employees with the appropriate information as to the inmate’s background.

She only wish he had received the assistance he so urgently needed.

Hearing that there has been another death in the prison in recent days is really upsetting. She genuinely hopes everyone who attends the inquest does so with the intention of determining what went wrong in order to prevent it from happening again and preventing any other deaths in Woodhill this year or in the future.
