Why Is Dayna Devon Leaving KTLA? Did She Undergo Plastic Surgery?

Dayna Devon has stated two reasons for leaving KTLA after a long time of service.

In the recent KTLA Weekend Morning News segment, the journalist said she wants to spend time with her children.

Devon said her eldest daughter turns 17 in September and will leave her family soon. Similarly, there are only two years left with her son.

Thus, Devon wants to spend whatever time that remains with her children. She wants to understand them properly and have quality time with them for some years. The second reason Devon says she would be busy spending five days a week in her show "LA Unscripted."

In the end, the journalist shed some tears and said she would be going on a vacation at the end of August. She never expected that her departure would arrive so impulsively. Devon shared a glimpse of her last day on her Instagram and captioned the video:' Big announcement today. I've been crying all morning long.'

Following her announcement, many of her friends and colleagues have wished her farewell messages.

Dayna Devon has done plastic surgeries in the past. She has had surgery on her nose, breasts, and belly.

The "Extra's" host 2003 admitted in an interview in 2013 about going through scissors. She has explicitly said: 'I did my nose. I did my boobs. I did my tummy.'

Devon was also the cast member of the TLC reality show Plastic Wives in 2013. 

Her show navigates the lives of four women married to plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. It talks explicitly about facelifts, cosmetic surgeries, and modern beliefs about beauty.

Since joining the case of Plastic Wives, Devon has become part of the plastic surgery news multiple times. The journalist has said she would continue to do it until her old age. 

Dayna Devon is married to a plastic surgeon's husband, Dr. Brent Moelleken. She met him while working as "Extra's" host in 2003.

Her hubby, Brent Moelleken, runs his clinic in Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara. He specializes in facial reconstruction and is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Devon and Moelleken share two children- Dayna Devon,17, and Brent Moelleken, 15. As of 2022, Devon is not expecting a baby with her husband; she is leaving KTLA to spend time with her two children.
