There is a policy of the US government that doesn’t allow police officers to reveal the identity of suspects under the age of 18.<\/span><\/p>\nAround 3 p.m., police were called to the 5700 block of S. Park Blvd. after 911 dispatchers received numerous reports of gunshots. Officers discovered Morgan with a gunshot wound when they got to the site.
