It's encouraging that Fofana is practically on par with Tchouameni in almost every way because Tchouameni recently moved to Madrid. His pass accuracy, dribble success, and aerial victory percentage are all weaker. Therefore he will need to become more confident with the ball.

Since Fofana is on the right side of 23 and knows French, English, and Spanish, it seems unlikely that Monaco will retain their midfielder for very long.
