A Manhattan Bodega worker stabbed Austin Simon to death after the latter attacked him in a grocery store. The video footage of the incident is getting viral on the internet. It clearly shows Alba stabbing Simon to death.
The whole thing started with a woman who is supposedly Austin Simon’s girlfriend. She bought things from the grocery store but didn’t have enough to pay. So, she called Austin, who was on parole, to control the situation.
And consequently, he attacked the employee. Alba acted in self-defense and stabbed the attacker.

Austin Simon wearing Amiri Shirt has no relation whatsoever with the attack or his death.
The T-shirt is getting attention because the Amiri T-shirts cost quite a fortune. So, for a person who could afford such clothes, Austin surely could pay for his partner’s chips. But he chose not to and attacked the employee instead and that caused his death.
Moreover, the CCTV video footage clearly shows him in the Amiri T-shirt. It also acknowledges how Simon attacked the grocery store employee. The Manhattan Bodega worker was being assaulted and he acted in self-defense. He stabbed Austin who died later in the hospital.
As per sources, Simon was on parole for assaulting a police officer. He had 8 prior charges and served prison time for 2nd-degree assault.

Did Jess Alba Kill Austin Simon? Charges And Prison Sentence
Jess Alba stabbed Austin Simon who later died in the hospital.
Even though he is claiming that it was self-defense, the DA’s office has charged him with murder. He has been arrested and his bail is set at $250,000, an amount the Deli employee can’t afford.
Moreover, his family did put up a GoFundMe page to collect money for his bail. But the page was removed hours later. A total amount of $20,000 had already been donated to the account.
Jose Alba, 0 priors, no previous criminal history. Charged with murder and must pay $250k cash to get bail for defending himself.
Austin Simon, 8 priors, was out on parole for assaulting a cop, has been in prison for 2nd degree assault.

A lot of people have blamed the officials for charging a man who defended himself.
Looking at the CCTV footage, one can make an argument that Jess Alba was acting purely in self-defense when he stabbed Austin Simon. The latter had attacked him inside the grocery store and the attacker had a knife in his hand.
