Nick Browning, a convicted mass murderer from Maryland, USA, is serving his sentence in jail after his friends had given statements against him after being accused of killing his family members with a firearm.

He killed four members of his family which included his parents and two younger brothers. He rushed in the middle of the night from his friend’s house where he was partying, towards his home and returned nearly after 5 hours.

He had shot them while they were asleep with his father’s gun which he threw in the bush after accomplishing the murder.

Nick’s friends said to the police that he always discussed killing his parents with his friends. One of his high school friends, John Lockwood, said that he was always complaining about his father and said that he would kill him one day.

He was considered a spoiled kid by his teachers and friends as he would beat his siblings, steal liquors from his father’s cabinet and take their vehicle without permission for a drive despite not having a driver’s license.

He was not liked by other students of the school as well because he used to mock minorities and people with disabilities. 

Family Murder And Confession

Before his 16th birthday night, he was at his friend’s house partying while his family was at their house minding their own business. He departed in the middle of the night to go home. After the rest of the family had gone to bed, Browning entered his home and, using his father’s gun, shot each one.

He then returned to his friend’s house and invited his friends to his home for a party. When he reached him after many hours she showed himself shocked and unaware of the incident. He said it could result from an armed robbery that killed his family members.

However, he confessed to the crime after 6 hours of interrogation by the police. He was charged with four charges of first-degree murder after confessing, according to police reports, to the killings of his family the following Sunday. At a hearing later on that day, bail was rejected.

Who Were Nick Browning’s Father-Mother And Brothers?

Nicholas Browning, returning home from a friend’s house, discovered John Browning, 45, along with his wife Tamara, 44, and kids Gregory, 14, and Benjamin, 11, dead in their Cockeysville home. John was a successful American lawyer whereas his wife was a housemaid.

Police claimed that Browning, an honors student on the verge of earning his Eagle Scout rank, but his father’s firearm was in the bushes nearby and spent Saturday’s entire day and night with friends.

Nicholas’s father wanted him to go with the family to western Maryland but he chose to stay home and party with his mates. Later on the same night, he killed his entire family
