Roy Horn Face After Tiger Attack – Injury Pictures Revealed
Roy Horn is an animal trainer who, in 2003, was attacked brutally by a tiger, leaving lots of injuries on his face. The night ended in terror after the attack.
Siegfried and Roy were German-American magicians and entertainers who were well known for their presentations with white lions and tigers. Siegfried Fischbacher and Horn composed it.
Fischbacher and Horn both grew up in Germany. They immigrated to the United States and became citizens in 1988. On Horn’s birthday, a seven-year-old white tiger called Mantacore attacked him during a presentation at the Mirage.
Horn had suffered serious injuries and required emergency medical treatment.

The tiger’s fangs had gone in deep enough to break enough blood vessels, causing major internal bleeding, and the injuries “compromised Horn’s breathing,” according to MacIntyre, who rushed Horn into emergency surgery.
They had to perform surgery on his neck to close the incisions and stop the bleeding.

What Happened The Night Of The Attack?
On the night of the attack, something very surprising happened. Roy’s realm was lions and tigers, and his ability to connect with them was both magnificent and mysterious.
But on the evening of October 3, that confidence was shattered. Roy introduced Mantacore, which was a white tiger, 45 minutes into the presentation, about 8:15 p.m. The 380-pound cat was distracted by someone in the 1,500-person crowd and deviated from his routine, venturing toward the stage’s edge.
With no barrier between the beast and the front row, Horn leaped to position himself between them, barely a few feet away. The tiger refused to lie down when Roy told him to, grasping the trainer’s right wrist with his paw.
Mantacore let go of Horn, who had been struggling to get free and had fallen backward over the tiger’s leg. In a second, Mantacore was on top of him, his massive jaws clamping around Roy’s neck.

Was The Tiger Euthanized?
There is no report of the tiger being euthanized. However, the tiger was declared dead in 2014 due to natural causes.
Roy had to be rescued by four guys and a fire extinguisher. Following the tragedy, the Mirage canceled the performance, which had been running for nearly 13 years.
Horn lived despite having his spine severed, huge blood loss, and other traumas that permanently damaged his motor and speech abilities. He also had a stroke during or after the incident.
