Robert is the middle child of the family. The 22 years old resident of Highland, Illinois, is of Italian descent.
Sammy and Robert’s father is Bob Jr. Crimo. He owns a popular restaurant named Bob’s Pantry & Deli in Highland Park. Moreover, Bob also ran for the Mayor of the town in 2019.
The shooting suspect lived with his father and uncle in a two-story house.

Lynette Pesina of Highland has been identified as another sister of Suspect Robert Crimo.
Robert seems like the only son in the family as both of his siblings are sisters. Likewise, he also has cousins named Lila and Jemma Wygodny in Chicago from his father’s sister, Rosanne Wygodny.
Robert’s grandfather, Robert Crimo Sr, was a long resident of Highland Park. Born to Sam and Rose Crime, Bob Sr passed away on October 26, 2018, as a respectful man in the community.
Bob Sr.’s obituary mentions that Bob Jr was married to someone named Denise in 2018. This could mean Robert Crimo mother – if not stepmother, is Denise.

Robert Crimo’s uncle Paul Crimo opened up in the interview as he described his nephew showed no sign of warnings.

The incident claimed six lives and left 20 wounded people in the hospital. It is suspected that Robert shot fires from a rooftop of a building. After a long search, the authorities eventually pinned down Robert in the street.
