According to the Obituary report of Hary Edward Greenwell, he was died on January 31, 2013, after battling cancer.

Harry Edward Greenwell was suspected of these murders of Indiana and Kentucky Interstate 65.

Glen Fifield of the Indiana State Police said during a news conference in Indianapolis. The killings earned that moniker because they happened at motels near Interstate 65.

He has been stated to be the infamous I-65 or Days Inn serial killer who murdered three clerks in the Kentucky-Indiana region.

On February 21, 1987, harry sexually assaulted and then shot 41 years old Vicky Heath. Her body was found in the dumpster outside the Super 8 Motel.

Two years later, in 1989, he murdered the other two victims Margaret Jill and Jeanne Gilbert at different Days Inn hotels. Police found the use of the same weapon and similar style of murder and tracked it to the previous murder in the Indiana region.

Harry Edward Greenwell was 68 years old before his death. He was born on December 9, 1944, in Louisville, Kentucky.

 

According to a Legacy. com obituary, and died of cancer on January 31, 2013, in Lansing, Lowa, which is near home in New Albin.

During his lifetime. Harry was arrested for armed robbery, sodomy charges, and burglary attempts.
