She oversaw Krzysztof Penderecki’s secretariat from the mid-1960s. She developed and ran the first private cultural agency, Heritage Promotion of Music and Art, from 1990 to 1995.
She began assisting her husband with the development of the Pablo Casalsa Festival in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1992.
She was a co-founder of the European Mozart Foundation and served on the supervisory boards of various cultural organizations.

She founded the Beethoven Academy Orchestra in 2005, which is made up of the most brilliant students and graduates of Krakow’s Academy of Music.
In 2005, she became a member of Lech Kaczyski’s honorary support group as he ran for President of the Republic of Poland.
